A case study of medium-sized shelving for an industrial electronics factory in Shenzhen

This company, engaged in the hardware industry, had a wide variety of products, which were cluttered and difficult to display, causing significant problems for customers. To improve work efficiency and facilitate access to items, they contacted our company. After thorough consultation and comprehensive consideration, Brother Storage Equipment designers conducted an on-site inspection and provided a solution. Ultimately, the customer adopted our proposal and ordered 180 sets of medium-sized shelving. Product Specifications: Medium-sized shelving, L2000*D500*H800, 3-layer crossbeams, single-layer load capacity 350kg, 180 sets.

Features of the medium-sized shelving:

1. Common colors: blue and grayish-white; Hole pattern: diamond-shaped.

2. Fully assembled structure, allowing for flexible assembly and disassembly.

3. The columns are prefabricated, with crossbeams and columns connected by steel clips and locked with a safety key to prevent them from falling off.

4. The shelving material has optimized cross-sections and a variety of pipe options for increased load-bearing capacity. 5. The columns are equipped with adjustable holes every 75mm, allowing for precise adjustment based on cargo height.

5. Spacers can be used to strengthen the connection between adjacent back-to-back columns. Ground spikes can be used to secure the bottom of the columns to the ground for enhanced safety and reliability.
