Light shelf case

This project is a customized warehouse system upgrade for a large furniture company. It focuses on the bulk storage needs of large furniture items such as mattresses, sofas, and bed sets. By combining three-post heavy-duty crossbeam racking with wooden shelves, a three-dimensional storage space with high load-bearing capacity, high protection, and high efficiency is created.

To address the large size, uneven weight distribution, and delicate surfaces of furniture products, the project utilizes a three-post reinforced crossbeam racking system with over 2,600 total storage spaces. With a single-layer crossbeam load capacity of 1.8 tons per layer, this system is suitable for the centralized stacking of large items such as mattresses. The wooden shelves are constructed from thickened composite panels, which combine pressure resistance with cushioning properties to effectively prevent scratches on the furniture surface.
